Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented freshers to join our AI team. As a fresher, you will have the chance to be placed in various roles including the development, implementation, and support of AI-ML-driven solutions. Additionally, you may receive training in AI governance, including model risk management and compliance, to support client projects

Key Responsibilities

-    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and work with team to deliver AI-ML solutions including Generative AI.
-    Participate in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and AI applications.
-    Support the maintenance and monitoring of deployed models to ensure performance and accuracy.
-    Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science and AI.
-    Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to present solutions and insights.

Skill Requirements

-    Freshers with 4 Year bachelor’s degree or master’s - in Computer Science, AI & Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related specialization

Skill Set Required:
-    Foundational knowledge in data science concepts, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis.
-    Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R. 
-    Hands-on ability to work with any database, including proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL programming OR Data Engineering OR Dashboarding/Visualization will be a plus
-    Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
-    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with business stakeholders and present solutions clearly
-    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements
