Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops)

Job Summary

• Installation and Configuration: Strong proficiency with Oracle database software, associated front-end tools, and related application.
• Performance Tuning: Ability to proactively monitor system health, optimize SQL statements, and tune database instances to ensure optimal performance.
• Backup and Recovery: Experience managing backups and disaster recovery using tools such as Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) and Data Guard.
• Security Management: Expertise in managing user accounts and applying critical patches to ensure data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
