Job Overview
The Sr Director of Executive TA leads the strategic direction and execution of executive recruitment and onboarding processes, reporting directly to the VP of Talent Experience. This role is pivotal in attracting top-tier executive talent, essential for driving the company’s growth and success. By developing and implementing comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business goals, this leader ensures a robust pipeline of executive talent. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in executive search to pipeline in ways that leverage both internal successors and external talent and ensures a seamless onboarding experience. Collaboration with senior stakeholders and managing a high-performing team are key aspects of the role, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Ultimately, the Head of Executive Recruiting significantly contributes to shaping the leadership landscape of T-Mobile, enhancing its competitive position in the market.

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership in developing and implementing executive search and onboarding strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Team Development and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of executive search professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Talent Pipeline Strategy: Develop and maintain a strategic talent pipeline of internal and external talent for executive roles, ensuring readiness for future organizational needs.
  • Executive Onboarding Oversight: Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new executives are effectively integrated and positioned for success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand talent needs, influence decision-making, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: As a member of the TA leadership team, contribute to continuous enhancements to programs, processes, and tools to equip teams for success.

The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years Executive Talent Acquisition experience: Proven experience in executive search, with a strong track record of successful placements.
  • 7+ years Executive Onboarding experience: Experience in designing and implementing executive onboarding programs.
  • 7+ years Leadership experience: Demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams, and driving strategic initiatives.
  • 4+ years Stakeholder Management experience: Experience collaborating with senior leadership and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Base Pay Range: $212,500 - $287,500

Corporate Bonus Target: 35%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
