Senior SAP S/4HANA Test Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior Test Specialist in SAP S/4HANA Testing plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of testing processes for SAP S/4HANA implementations. They are responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and providing recommendations for improving the overall quality of the SAP S/4HANA system.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall test strategy, scope, governance, environments, tools, entry/exit criteria and reporting approach.
• Plan and coordinate unit, functional, system integration, regression, user acceptance, performance and cutover testing.
• Drive requirements traceability, test-case design, data preparation, execution schedules and evidence standards.
• Lead defect triage, severity management, root-cause tracking, retesting and closure governance.
• Coordinate functional, technical, integration, data, security and business testers across releases and systems.
• Establish quality dashboards and provide fact-based readiness recommendations to program leadership.
• Manage testing risks, environment constraints, dependencies and resource capacity.
• Promote automation and reusable regression assets where they improve speed and reliability.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in sap s/4hana testing methodologies and tools.
2. Strong understanding of sap modules and business processes within sap s/4hana.
3. Experience in test planning, test execution, and defect management in sap s/4hana projects.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
5. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
