Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Undiscovered Small Business Accelerator (USBA) helps drive the success of small businesses in the Amazon's Third Party US store. As a part of the USBA, Amazon builds its small business Growth Accelerator program, which provides access to resources, education and support that accelerates seller growth on the Amazon store. USBA is a relatively new organization fueled by the collective passion of its collaborators to create economic empowerment for the business owners most in need, and having fun as we refine the seller journey that allows these entrepreneurs to reach new levels of success on Amazon.

One of the key elements of the Growth Accelerator strategy is identifying the high growth potential sellers that will most benefit from the program’s curated set of investments. We seek a Sales Operations Manager to help us create this pipeline, lead recruitment and inspect our enrollment processes to ensure USBA is bringing in and developing best fit sellers. The ideal candidate is an innovative, results-oriented professional with an excellent understanding of the sales recruitment process of CRM tools, specifically Salesforce. This person will work closely with USBA leadership and cross-functional teams to create and support initiatives to drive long-term growth of our Accelerator programs by recruiting the sellers that most drive our growth goals. They are an excellent writer and communicator who works effectively with limited direction and exercises strong judgement. Executing at both a tactical and strategic level will be key.

Key job responsibilities
1. Facilitates pipeline creation and reporting through account identification and enrollments. Owns enrollment forecasting and capacity planning. Builds processes to support ingestion of qualified population into pipeline
2. Owns outreach to eligible sellers to drive program enrollment goals
3. Facilitates account transfer and enrollment to eligible partner programs
4. Proactively analyze business development processes and mechanisms for sub-optimal performance, with a focus on defect reduction and increased productivity
5. Partners with internal teams on seller deployments (i.e. surveys, seller benefits)
6. Manages outbound email campaigns to drive benefit adoption (e.g. driving sellers to take advantage of ad credits)
7. Manages relationships with cross-functional and external partners
8. Drives Salesforce experience: dashboard creation, data reporting, and data analysis
