Sales Operations Analyst (Salesforce)
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the Salesforce quote-to-cash process. The position provides the opportunity to make significant impact while developing a broad skill set. It requires collaboration across multiple teams to support key sales initiatives. This will include business requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and data loads. You will provide sales training and work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Enterprise IT, and Product. Additionally, you will handle sales reporting, forecasting, month-end opportunity maintenance, ad hoc reporting requests, and new hire onboarding support for CareDimensions and Specialty Practices within Sales/BU.
We're looking for someone curious and logical, a self-starter who's great at problem-solving and isn't afraid to ask questions to find solutions. If you enjoy working with data, Salesforce, project management, and Excel, you'll do well in our environment that appreciates taking the initiative, thinking critically, and striving for meaningful outcomes.
