Responsibilities:
Provide support through customer support tasks, administrative work, filing and processing paperwork
Answer and direct phone calls to their respective departments
Greet customers and assist with their needs while at the dealership
Coordinate clerical duties with the business office to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Perform data input and miscellaneous clerical duties
Assist with managing vehicle inventory records
Maintain high ethical standards in all actions and a professional appearance at all times
Qualifications:
Previous multi-functional office experience preferred
1 year customer service/sale experience in a similar industry
Strong organizational and time management skills required
Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint experience
A genuine focus on customer service
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
