Your Job

The Publishers Sales will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by building and expanding relationships within Sparteoโ€™s network of publishers. The role focuses on executing a sales strategy to develop high-value partnerships and position Sparteo as a leader in the AdTech space.

New Business Development



  • Identify and target new publisher partners to expand Sparteoโ€™s network and meet revenue goals.

  • Leverage industry contacts, market research, and proactive outreach (e.g., networking, cold calls) to generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Present Sparteoโ€™s suite of solutions to publishers, clearly articulating the value and negotiating terms to close deals.

Publisher Relationship Management


  • Establish strong, long-term partnerships with new publishers to ensure effective onboarding and engagement with Sparteoโ€™s solutions.

  • Provide initial guidance and support to publishers to maximize the potential of their partnership, ensuring a smooth integration of Sparteoโ€™s products.


Market Intelligence and Sales Strategy


  • Stay updated on industry trends, including competitor offerings and technological developments in the AdTech ecosystem, to refine sales strategies.

  • Actively participate in industry events, forums, and conferences to promote Sparteoโ€™s solutions and expand its network of publisher partners.

  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on publisher needs and market insights to help shape Sparteoโ€™s offerings.



Your profile for this job


  • Proven experience in AdTech sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic, display, video, audio advertising, or expertise in the CTV or app monetization space.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-centric environment and adapt strategies based on market feedback and performance analytics.
