The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client onboarding and accounts payable processes, as well as excellent project management skills. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new Mid-Market clients through the implementation and adoption of our accounts payable software, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
What You'll Do
- Client Onboarding: Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for Mid Market clients, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to full product implementation.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients during the onboarding phase, providing expert guidance, addressing concerns, and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Customization and Configuration: Work with clients to understand their unique needs and configure Ottimate’s solutions to meet those requirements effectively.
- Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients, providing hands-on guidance on software features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, manage resources, and ensure that all onboarding milestones are completed within the appropriate time frame.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Support, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience and resolve any issues promptly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress, client interactions, and project outcomes.
- Change Management: Assist clients in managing organizational change related to the adoption of new technologies and processes.
