- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- At least 10 years’ experience within a business environment, ideally in commercial Finance
- Track record of driving business partnership and trusted leadership
- Prior background in financial planning and performance management while working in a large multinational with a matrix organization structure
- Effective communicator with proficient written and verbal communication skills to aid executive communication and storytelling
- Self-starter capable of effective collaboration across the organization and thriving in an ambiguous environment
- Advanced Excel skills, PowerBI skills, Track record of leveraging AI
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.

The role will partner across subregion DPS leadership teams (Subregion DPS Lead, Subregion Go To Market Lead, Sales and Sales Excellence leads) to maximize impact through strategic business partnership and performance management, drive focus around key growth plans financial evaluation, design and profitability analysis.
In addition, the role will play a critical role in driving alignment across Regional DPS Finance Lead and WW DPS Finance roles on market insights and performance management, acting as a feedback loop for the customer voice across our internal stakeholders. In addition, the role must minimize manual work and time spent on reporting thru continuous emphasis on transformation to Standardize Analytics within Regional and adopting WW initiatives/best practices (e.g. Partner Profitability, return on investment (ROI), Centralized Budgeting, Performance Management Reporting, Inventory Tracking, etc). These will be achieved by leveraging and partnering across our WW DPS finance, WW CSF Finance, Americas Devices & Creativity Finance teams and outsourced support teams.
The key responsibilities for the role are articulated below:
Performance management: Deliver budget revenue, according to quarterly accountability, ensuring due diligence across the team. Deep understanding of business (e.g., market, share, product, channel, customer) for the Subregion/Category/Account to support, drive forecast accuracy and articulate the story behind the numbers as the subject matter expert. Drive alignment between Finance Teams, DPS leadership teams, Subregions, and Sales Excellence around all finance rhythms.
Growth & Transformation: Drive collaboration within organization and contribute to innovate new growth strategies/opportunities and help transform the business. Lead DPS team on financial modelling for critical business cases. Build capability on new growth areas and Performance metrics.
Investment Optimization: Develop deeper understanding of investment ROI and profitability, including for key partners with optimal allocation of marketing and external resource operating expenses (OPEX). Manage the P&L to field operating model accountability and incremental Agility. Partner at regional level to maximize OPEX utilization across Regional DPS teams.
Finance Operations: Foster collaboration across Finance and Business communities to drive simplification and standardization to establish repeatable, sustainable, processes within/across regions. Create a Culture of Compliance by driving structured tone from the top.
Community: Active contribution to the DPS Community and adoption of best practices to increase business partnership, drive standardization and contribute to the community’s goals utilizing WW projects and initiatives.
- Be a trusted advisor for the North America DPS leadership teams by adding value to decision making and running the business.
- Provide independent analytics and insights to support growth and target attainment for DPS business across local revenue and device activation metrics, all the while understanding business drivers behind performance.
- Driving accountability to Financial Targets and Business Scorecard accountabilities
- Ability to drive impact across different stakeholder groups in a very dynamic space
- Improve the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of reporting and insights
