IT Support Technician

This is a remote, work from home position. We are seeking remote IT Support Technician in Argentina.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in technical support roles and advanced English proficiency, enabling effective communication with US-based clients. They should have a basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, familiarity with SAP systems, and knowledge of PowerBI and data modeling. Strong administrative and organizational skills, coupled with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies, are essential. The candidate should excel in communication and teamwork, be self-motivated, and have a basic grasp of network support and security. Preferred qualifications include experience with the SAP BASIS module and PowerBI, and general network support understanding. 

Rate in USD: $8.00 - $10.00
Working Schedule: 9 am to 5pm, GMT-3

Responsibilities

• General (remote) technical support: 
  • Co-manage Datto RMM: for applying security patches, and remote desktop issued wokstations. 
  • Co-manage JumpCloud: access management (Single Sign-on, Multi Factor Authentication), Group Policies and Radius. 
  • Co-manage Spamtitan: email and web filtering.   
• Cybersecurity:
  • Assist in monitoring and managing security systems and events.
  •  Perform monthly security checks and users access audits. 
  • Manage access to NotCo systems (Slack, Google Workspace, SAP, ASANA, Adobe, etc) and understand roles within each system.
• Administrative:
  • Administer software licenses.
  • Generate purchase orders in SAP for IT service payments. 
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, and manage IT-related communications.
• SAP support: 
  • Complete (documented) SAP support activities with low technical involvement. 

• 2-3 years of experience in technical support roles.
• Advanced English: ability to handle support calls with US-based clients.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of PowerBI and data modeling concepts.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards learning.
