As a Direct-to-Customer (DTC) Account Manager at Fanatics, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process with our DTC and IVR partners. This role will work across the NHL & NBA leagues and markets to achieve first-party Sales and Fanatics Brands Goals. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with all cross-functional partners throughout the Commerce team and identify new business opportunities and better processes to drive growth. This role requires a proactive approach to collaboration, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making Fanatics better.

Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with One Commerce planning team and DTC Buying teams to develop a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving sales targets, increasing 1st party penetration, and driving profitability
- Build and maintain high-level, strategic relationships as the primary liaison between key stakeholders, including DTC Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, HM Team, Planning, Sourcing, Licensing, Retail Services, GM Teams, and senior management.
- Create and present sales summaries business insights to leadership to ensure alignment and visibility on performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive dynamics, leveraging DTC data to inform strategies that drive growth within the wholesale team.
- Analyze large quantities of sales performance metrics spanning multiple leagues and states.
- Work closely with DTC, Merchandising and Sourcing teams to analyze weekly POS for key accounts, recommend new orders for replenishment and chase, and drive growth opportunities.
- Lead the Go-to-Market milestone Calendar and ensure execution across multiple cross-functional groups and leadership within DTC and Fanatics Brands.
- Drive weekly meetings to address orderbook updates, explore potential business opportunities, discuss hot market assortments and plans, and conduct post-mortems to drive continuous improvement across processes, while sharing insights on the competitive landscape.
- Assess and understand the needs of first-party consumers and communicate requirements to cross-functions teams to support Brands objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships that resulted in sales growth
- Strong analytical skills to be able to understand and interpret account financials
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for professional or college sports (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, NCAA)
- Ability to travel between Tampa and Jacksonville as needed
