The Lithia Business Development Center Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting, development, process, management as it pertains to service scheduling and first maintenance conversion along with managing the BDC Admin Service Team.
The Lithia Business Development Center Assistant Manager reports to the BDC Manager.
The Lithia Business Development Center Assistant Manager assists in managing the Business Development Administrators in a store.
Position Overview
- Assist in leading customer relations process management at assigned store(s) by observing, installing, and training approved processes, to assure our customer’s perspective comes first.
- Assist in developing accountable, continuous improvement plans for assigned store(s), by observations and conducting meetings with the BDC Manager, this will keep all team members actively thinking about our customers.
- Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
- Utilize computer skills within our internet department to validate online service appointments.
- Utilize phone skills to follow up with customers about their Lithia experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered and send any major issues to the Service Manager for further review.
- Utilize phone skills to set solid appointments with daily customer service call-ins, conquests, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
- Manage Service Pink Slip process daily/weekly to mitigate any technology issues.

Lithia Hiring Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 18 years or older
- Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence
- A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
- Clear pre-employment drug screen
